Fee Schedule
Last updated: February 2025
1. Fee Schedule Overview
This Fee Schedule describes all fees associated with claiming and account activities on the DARWN platform. By using DARWN's services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described herein. This Fee Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Claiming Agreement.
2. Claiming Fees
Claiming positions on DARWN is completely free. There is no cost to claim or unclaim a professional at any time. The platform operates on a zero-fee claiming model to encourage broad participation and liquidity in the payout pool.
| Activity | Fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Claiming a Position | $0 | Unlimited claims allowed |
| Unclaiming a Position | $0 | Forfeits future payout rights |
| Receiving Payouts | $0 | Automatic distribution to wallet |
3. Payout Distribution
When a placement fee is generated, DARWN distributes payouts to claimers according to the fractional allocation model. No fees are deducted from individual payout distributions. The platform retains a percentage of placement fees before distribution as outlined in the Claiming Agreement.
4. Wallet and Account Fees
- Deposits: No fee for standard deposits to your DARWN Wallet
- Withdrawals: Standard payment processing fees may apply depending on your withdrawal method
- Account Maintenance: No monthly or annual account maintenance fees
- Inactivity: No fees for inactive accounts
5. Employer & Enterprise Fees
Fees for employers and enterprise accounts (hospitals) are governed by separate agreements. See the Enterprise Agreement and Risk Report Terms for details on:
- Placement fees for hiring through the platform
- Risk report (High-Risk) access fees
- Enterprise subscription pricing
- Data licensing fees
6. Fee Changes
DARWN reserves the right to modify this Fee Schedule at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any fee changes via email and/or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new Fee Schedule.
Fee changes do not apply retroactively to transactions that have already been settled.
7. Disputed Fees
If you believe a fee has been charged in error, you may dispute it by contacting us at billing@darwn.com within 30 days of the charge. Disputes submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review. DARWN will review your dispute and respond within 14 business days. Disputes relating to payout calculations must include the specific claim and payout distribution in question.
