Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your conduct on the DARWN platform and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using DARWN, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Account Conduct

You agree to:

• Maintain only one account per individual person
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain it
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify DARWN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Trading Conduct

All trading activity must be conducted in good faith and in compliance with the Trading Agreement. Specifically, you must not:

• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or shill bidding
• Coordinate with other users to artificially inflate or deflate position prices
• Place bids or offers you do not intend to honor
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to execute trades without prior written approval
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform

4. Content Standards

When submitting referrals, reviews, comments, or any other content to the platform, you must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about healthcare professionals
• Submit defamatory, harassing, or threatening content about any individual
• Disclose confidential or protected health information (PHI) in violation of HIPAA
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Submit referrals for individuals who have not consented to being listed on the platform

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DARWN to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate illegal transactions
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data or content without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair DARWN's services

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you are encouraged to report it to us at abuse@darwn.com. Reports should include:

• A description of the violation
• The username or account involved (if known)
• Any supporting evidence or screenshots

DARWN will investigate all reports and take appropriate action. We will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith.

7. Enforcement

DARWN reserves the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

• Warning: Notification of the violation and request to cease the activity
• Temporary Suspension: Suspension of trading privileges for a specified period
• Permanent Termination: Permanent ban from the platform
• Position Forfeiture: In cases of fraud or severe violations, positions may be frozen or forfeited
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or pursuit of civil remedies

The severity of enforcement action will be proportional to the nature and severity of the violation, any prior violations, and the impact on other users and the platform.
